Back pain in various places

Issues- 1. Lower back pain on L5-S1 region 2. Spasms in nerves parallel to spine (mostly middle back ) 3. Middle Back, side muscles pain 4. Lower back muscle pain near spine I have attached X-ray for the same I am Engineering student, age 21 Activities I do - Slouched long time sitting all day Running, might have lifted weights in near past, once strained my lower back muscle while exercising causing week long pain, What could it be, Slip disk? Herniated disk? Degenerative disk? Disk prolapsed? Bulging, thinning? Or Calcium or Vitamin D deficiency? Currently I am taking IFT

Continue with IFT and US, after reducing of pain start with following exercises Exercise's to reduce LBA 1. Lower tummy strengthening. 2. Deep abdominal strengthening. 3. Bridge. 4. Pelvis tilt. 5. Lower back stretch. 6. Leg stretch. 7. Piriformis stretch.
Next Steps
Avoid prolonged cross leg sitting, avoid bending forward, lifting of heavy objects which is the main reason for increase in lower back pain. Hot water fermentation twice a day will be helpfull.
