I have back pain since 2 month I can not sit evan 5 minutes on floor. Without Belt very Difficult to walk long time. So pl Guide me Right treatment. Thanks

It looks like neurogenic claudication..you will need a proper assessment by a Neurologist who will advise investigations as per that.
Next Steps
avoid heavy work , don't drive a two wheeler.
