Having B12 Deficiency since November 2019.
Due to the stress level increasing in the last few months I am not sleeping well, feeling weakness and fatigue, also eyes, legs, and back are very painful nowadays.
If ur a nonveg ,consume fish,sardines,red meat.
If veg,then greengram sprouts,milk milk products are recommended. Ghee,,plenty of vegetables,fruits,(banana,papaya,figs,gauva,grapes any) are good.
