I have been using patanjali ashwagandha churan from past 4 5 days, and since then there is irregular bowel movement, I need to go 3 to 4 times . Is it related with ashwagandha?

U can take avipattikar churna 10gm with hot water night after 2 hrs of meal...... Avoid curd,masala,spices,junks,processed food,dairy products,or virudh ahaar vihaar. ....For immunity can take amrita rasayan 1tsf with Luke warm milk
