As your ECG and stress test results are normal, you are unlikely to have any cardiac disorder, especially in your age group. Those symptoms you are experiencing are non specific, may have contributed to your anxiety. If it's bothering you, consult a psychiatrist in your area

Normal ECG and treadmill test are reassuring and make a major heart blockage unlikely. Anxiety, acidity, poor sleep or chest-wall pain can still cause symptoms despite normal tests. If symptoms are exertional, worsening, or associated with sweating, fainting or breathlessness, seek urgent care.
Next Steps
Please review the reports with a physician, work on sleep and anxiety triggers, and book a Practo consultation with me if symptoms persist.

Normal ECG/stress test is reassuring, and symptoms may be anxiety-related. If symptoms persist, consider psychiatric/psychological evaluation and CBT. Seek urgent care for severe or new chest pain, dyspnea, syncope, or worsening symptoms.

Please first ensure you are safe: if this crushing feeling is new, severely worsening, spreading to your arm, jaw, or back, or accompanied by shortness of breath, dizziness, or sweating, you must treat it as a medical emergency and seek immediate emergency care. If your symptoms are stable and you have already been discharged by your doctor with those normal test results, it helps to understand why you might still be feeling this way:The Anxiety Connection: Chronic anxiety and panic can cause profound physical symptoms, including intense chest tightness, a crushing pressure, or a hyper-awareness of your own heartbeat. When we are highly anxious, we also tend to swallow excess air or breathe shallowly, which can cause unusual gurgling or popping sensations in the chest or esophagus. Non-Cardiac Medical Causes: A normal heart test does not account for other structures in your chest. Issues like acid reflux (GERD) can cause a severe burning or crushing pressure that perfectly mimics a heart attack. The "oozing" or bubbling sound could literally be stomach acid or gas moving through your esophagus. Inflammation of the chest wall muscles or rib joints (costochondritis) can also cause intense pressure.
Next Steps
Because you are still experiencing these sensations, your symptoms deserve a thorough explanation. Schedule a follow-up with your primary care doctor. They can look past the heart to check for gastrointestinal or muscular issues, and crucially, they can help you build a management plan for your anxiety—whether that involves therapy, lifestyle adjustments, or medication.
