Anxiety causes racing heartbeat and chest discomfort. Your vitamin D and B12 are low and can be corrected with appropriate supplementation improving sleep and reducing phone use can help. A consultation would help assess this properly and plan treatment.

your B12 and vitamin D levels are extremely low. this is the main reason for your anxiety and other symptoms. you will need both medication and dietary cahnges. i'm sharing you dietary changes that you need to do here. regarding medication consult me on practo.based on further discussion we can decide upon whether to start IM or oral medicines and how long . Dietary and Lifestyle Adjustments:- Vitamin B12 Sources: Eat more B12-rich foods like fish, lean meat, eggs, poultry, dairy products, or fortified plant-based milks and cereals (especially important for vegetarians). Vitamin D Sources & Sunlight: Safely increase short, regular periods of mid-day outdoor sun exposure and eat fatty fish (like salmon or mackerel), egg yolks, and fortified foods. Check Root Causes: we should look for underlying issues like gut absorption problems, low stomach acid, or medications (such as long-term acid reducers) contributed to the deficiencies

Based on what you have described, your symptoms are most consistent with recurrent anxiety/health anxiety associated with low vit B12 and D3 Level. The important point is that your blood pressure (110/70), blood sugar, cholesterol profile, and ECG done one month ago are reassuring. Anxiety can cause racing heartbeat, chest discomfort, left arm pain, shortness of breath, sweating, and a strong feeling that a heart attack is happening, even when the heart is structurally normal. Your Vitamin B12 (86) and Vitamin D (4.5 ) are significantly low, and these deficiencies can contribute to fatigue, weakness, poor concentration, low mood, irritability, muscle pains, and can worsen anxiety symptoms . Can anxiety cause a heart attack? Anxiety does not usually cause a heart attack in a person with a healthy heart, but it can temporarily increase heart rate and blood pressure during panic episodes. However, new, severe, persistent chest pain (especially lasting more than 10–15 minutes), associated with sweating, vomiting, fainting, or significant breathlessness should always be evaluated urgently in an emergency department, even if anxiety is suspected.
Next Steps
To control anxiety - Reduce phone use gradually (for example, no phone for the first and last 1 hour of the day). - Avoid repeatedly checking pulse, BP, ECG reports, or searching symptoms online. - Aim for 7–8 hours of sleep, regular exercise (20–30 minutes daily), and a fixed sleep schedule. - Limit caffeine, energy drinks, nicotine, and alcohol. - Practice slow breathing exercises - bhramhari , pranayam or meditation
Health Tips
1. stop checking vitals again and again 2. stop using mobile phone specially at the start of the day and at the end of the day 3. consult with me on practo (for the b12 and vit d 3 supplements and anxiety) or any other good physician you believe and a good psychiatrist..

First of all NO anxiety cannot lead to heart attack especially women are less prone to heart attack Secondly any addiction can be reversed with right guidance and meditation Fir which connect with me on call or consult with psychiatrist/psychologist And most importantly STOP checking your BP and all other blood tests again and again it leads to more and more anxiety Your vit b12 and vit d3 are definitely very low I will suggest a course of injectibles first followed by regular oral medicines If you don't wish to take injections I can suggest you with tablets, home remedies, dos and don'ts, with correct time to take medicines for maximize benefits Kindly book an appointment on practo app and I will guide you further. Your anxiety is driven by low levels of these vitamins most probably

BP 110/70 and sugar 95.4 are reassuring. Your cholesterol numbers also appear generally reasonable. Anxiety can cause racing heartbeat, chest pain, breathlessness and fear of having a heart attack. However, chest pain with left-arm pain should not automatically be blamed on anxiety. Severe chest pressure, sweating, breathlessness, nausea, fainting, or pain spreading to the arm/jaw requires urgent medical attention. Your ECG one month ago being normal is reassuring, but it cannot rule out every future heart problem. B12 of 86 is very low if the unit is pg/mL. Please see a doctor for proper B12 treatment. B12 deficiency can contribute to fatigue, weakness, palpitations, tingling and neurological symptoms. If your vitamin D is 4.5 ng/mL, that is severely low. Ask your doctor for appropriate vitamin-D treatment. My opinion: your 5-year on/off pattern strongly suggests anxiety/health anxiety may be contributing significantly, but recurring chest and arm pain should still be medically evaluated. For anxiety: stop repeatedly checking BP/pulse, avoid Googling symptoms, exercise regularly, practice slow breathing, sleep properly, and consider CBT/therapy. For phone addiction: disable unnecessary notifications, remove addictive apps from your home screen, keep your phone away during meals and exercise, and avoid it for 1 hour before sleeping. Start with 30–60 minutes phone-free every day, then gradually increase. You can improve. Treat your B12 and vitamin-D deficiencies and work on anxiety and phone habits together.
Next Steps
vit d 60k weekly 8 weeks b12 daily 1 month
