Anxiety/Panic at Night
I am having anxiety/panic attacks at night from last 5-6 months, symptoms are heart palpitations, uneasiness, frightening. I took Nexito 10mg for 1 month in between, everything was fine during that time but after I left taking it anxiety came back. I don't want to rely on medicines. I am doing regular exercise and having a good healthy diet, what can I do to curb this night time anxiety.
