I just wanted to know how you know that you are having anxiety issue? Does doctor or psychologist diagnosed you are having anxiety issue.
Dear just sit and do deep breathing for the time being, try to consult with a doctor or a counsellor who can guide you and can help you out in this.
Whatever you are saying I am not denying I just want to say don't level yourself that you have anxiety depression or anything else.
Sometimes leveling ourselves with illnesses triggers more.
