I am getting very panic and anxiety in public functions and parties. My hands and legs are shivering during that time. Even I can't cut cake in my birthday .very shaky . I can't hold the cup of tea or coffee. Will Rivotril 0.5mg tablet help me ? Can I take this in public functions? Pls suggest..
