I am suffering from anxiety and panic disorder for the past two years and i am under medication Nexito 10 mg Tofisapam 100 and 50 mg Lonazep 0.25 on sos basis

If symptoms are under control you can talk to your doctor to decrease gradually Also in that time take therapy and counseling to maintain yourself Consult with me or any psychologist for therapy and counseling online All the best

How are symptoms if still present we can adjust the dosage... If under control gradually tapered and stopped if possible
