Dear human, thank you for sharing and reaching out. Firstly, I appreciate you for seeking help for your concerns, it takes strength and courage. You've taken the first step in your mental health journey :)
Anger can be due to various reasons such as workload, personal issues, interpersonal troubles, your personality, and considering this pandemic itself, it leads to uncertainty and anger. First thing, it is very important to identify why you feel this way. Whenever we are angry, there are usually other feelings going on underneath. It can be anxiety, guilt, annoyance, stressed, overwhelmed, frustration, insecurity, rejection, jealous, worried, bored, etc. All these feelings or state of being can lead to anger. Thus identifying the emotions that occurs along with your anger would help to identify the reason for your anger.
You can seek professional help (therapy) because it would help vent your anger in a healthy way and in a safe space and also helps to identify the reason/cause for your anger. Meanwhile you can try journalling - writing down your thoughts or emotions while you're angry, to vent it out in a healthy manner.
