Getting really angry self harm anxiety not able to sleep like i get angry and i cnt control myself.

Try to look for reasons I mean stressors if present for your anxiety...Solve or fight them on priority basis..ok... Exercise,yoga will help.. talk to someone close about it... Consult a Psychiatrist for detailed evaluation and Management of the case... regards
