Dear human, thank you for reaching out and sharing your concern, it’s not always easy to express. First things first, you are not crazy, you are experiencing normal emotion, anger, which is quite common but it’s manifestation differs for each individual. I understand you are feeling angry and anxious for the past few weeks and that can be due to many reasons, some being anxiety, depression, stress at work, stress in life, trauma or any other psychological distress. It is entirely understandable for you to feel agitated with this change in your behaviour and mood.
When one feels vulnerable, it can get difficult to view things and situations objectively. You’ve mentioned that you later on analyze things, which is a good thing to do. From now on, when you experience this uncontrollable anger, try to express it through writing, that is write down your thoughts when you’re angry which helps to reflect on the reasons for your anger and also it acts as an effective medium to vent your emotions. And the next thing you can do is reach out to professional help. Therapy would help you to analyze why you have these anger issues, identify the thought patterns associated with it and figure a beneficial way to manage it. Also it helps you to vent out your anger and emotions in a safe and non-judgmental space.
