Hi. The question here is not whether you are depressed or not; the real question is that you know some symptoms and they need to be treated. You can see a counselor in your school or go see a psychologist/counselor outside school. Talk to your parents about it and see what could be done next.
Labeling yourself as someone having depression won't help you, right?

Online tests are not 100% reliable, especially mental health related quizzes. When I do testing, I don't reply 100% on it, there are other factors involved which these online tests don't take into consideration. So, don't look for a label but look for help for your symptoms. Good Luck !
