According to your sign and symptom you are suffering from some infection like allergic reaction with pain due to drug reaction. Next Steps
Take treatment as follow as 1- Cap Pantop D 1 time per day for 3 day before food. 2-Zerodol sp 2 time per day for pain and swelling  after food. 3- Tab Levocetrizine 5 mg 2 time per day for 3 day after food. 4- Tab Omnacartil 5 mg 2 time per day for 3 day after food. 4- Cap Multivitamin A to Z Gold 2 time per day for 3 day after food for strength and y.
