I lost muscle mass after acl surgery even m doin regular exercises takin why protein etc. I qm not able to.regain it please help what should i do

It will take 3-6 months to regain muscle mass . Continue with knee strengthening exercises.

Do functional training. Steps, single leg standing, conscious loading of the operated leg while getting up from chair, keep it as a leading leg while climbing up and the weight bearing leg while climbing down.

Hello I assume you are more than few weeks post surgery. Regaining complete strength to pre injury levels takes time. You need to concentrate on improving the strength in quads and glutes. Its important to not overstep your abilities in this process. Usually it takes 4- 6 months time frame for many patients to completely get back to preinjury level of activity
