vitamin which are well absorbed by the body.
1) multivitamin should be non synthetic, it should be natural.
2) If you go for the synthetic you should check vitamin b6 form if it has pyridoxal 5 - phosphate it will be absorbed but if has pyridoxine HCl which is not active form.of vitamin b6 and is not absorbed.
3) For synthetic brand check for
vitamin B12 form it should be methylcobalamin is active form and cyanocobalamin is cheaper version.
4) amino acid which is termed as a Chelate they are absorbed much better in body and help minerals to absorb in our body.
4 to 5 times in a week you can have muti vitamin that is not an issue.
