Hello ma'am, You can try doing re-RCT and if the infection subsides then you can go ahead with crown placement. If the infection remain then better to extract the teeth and replacement of the same.

Look actually the abscess is large,you can try to save tooth by RCT but dont think it would help

As periapical abscess is severe it's better to get extraction done followed by implant supported prosthetic replacement of 36 37 both

Hello! I certainly understand your concern. You can give a try by getting Re RCT done and  if required surgery following it, but sucess rate will be just 20 % if recovers then that's the best part. You need to wait for 3-6 months for it to recover completely, if  there are no symptoms , u cannot expect changes immediately. There are cases which has showed good recovery and success. If this fails then definitely extraction follwed by implants will be the only option left.
