Foot pain has many causes from bones , ligaments, muscles and nerves. Ideally you should be seen clinically by an orthopedic surgeon . Vitamin d deficiency doesn't cause foot pain in particular. Since you have defeciency of vitamin d ,start taking vitamin d 60000 iu weekly for atleast 10 weeks
