11 week pregnant

I am 11w2d pregnant. I didn't have much symptoms in pregnancy except some very mild nausea in 7-9 weeks and mild breast soreness. I had my usg at 6w5d and baby was measuring 6w2d with heartbeat of 120bpm and all other Things were normal. But from yesterday I am not feeling any symptoms like no breast soreness, decrease in vaginal discharge like almost no vaginal discharge and no nausea. I am really worried about my baby as previously I had missed miscarriage but at that time no heartbeat was detected at 6w6d. Is everything normal this time?
