The usual dose of amoxicillin is 250 mg to 500 mg taken 2-3 times a day. Try to distribute the doses evenly throughout the day. You can take amoxicillin AFTER meals.
Important:
Even if you feel better, continue taking this medicine until you have finished the course. If you stop treatment early, the infection may come back.
How to take it:
Swallow the amoxicillin capsules whole with a drink of water. Do not chew or break it.
What if I forgot to take it:
If you forget to take a dose, take it as soon as you remember, unless it is time for the next dose. In this case, simply leave the missed dose and take the next dose as usual. Do not take two doses at the same time. Do not take an extra dose to make up for a missed dose.
For Hpylori treatment you requires Amoxicillin 1gm 1-0-1 clarithromycin 500mg 1-0-1 and pantoprazole 40mg 1-0-1 for two weeks after which you have to continue pantoprazole 40mg 1-0-0 for 3 months...
So it's better to take complete course.. And take Amoxicillin and clarithromycin after food
