I'm taking amitone 10 n ciplar LA 20 for anxiety n worry nature... Sometimes during midnight, my heart beats too fast... Which becomes normal after drinking water and the day time too it's normal...
How to manage this situation?
I have anxiety n panic attacks... And I noticed sometimes, cold weather also triggers it..

Panic attacks do happen in nights mostly
U need to increase the dose of your medicines .Further if u think cold precipitates it
Keep ur room temperature as per ur convience
