Hello,
What I understand from your question is your concern about taking T. Ciplar, right?
Your list of medication clearly indicates that you are suffering from Hypertension and an anxiety disorder (Panic disorder, or social anxiety disorder, most likely).
So the prescribed medications are absolutely right for you.
Ciplar is commonly prescribed for such situations. Also, since you are a hypertensive, it will help will that too. Just make sure you are adequately hydrated (drink enough water) and get your BP checked often to make sure it doesn't drop too low beacuse of th augmented effect of the two anti-hypertensives.
