AMH value decreased sharply from 2.45
Hi Doctor,
Since AMH is produced by Antral Follicles, can AMH test report showes lower value after Oocyte retrieval has been done in IVF?
I recently gone through Oocyte retrieval and my AMH is showing 1.33 but few months back it was 2.45
How it may have happened..

Decline is possible after procedure on ovary..or it may be due to variations in laboratory

Hello AMH range is 1to 4 .if less then I shows less ovarian reserve.

You need to repeat amh test and in ivf multiple follicles are stimulated so it can decrease the follicle or amh transiently. See your gynaecologist
