Your AMH is high,agree ,but it is not impossible to conceive,
You can visit an infertility centre start treatment ,they will do ovulation induction in a graded manner and you'll surely conceive.
Meanwhile do exercises,
Drink plenty of water
Eat fresh fruit and vegetables.
Walk an hour everyday without fail.
