In PCOS patients amh is usually high. They find it difficult to conceive because of anovulation meaning eggs are not released every cycles. That's why they have irregular prolonged cycles. Consult for better understanding. PCOS patients usually need ovulation induction for conception

AMH levels are inherently raised in patients with pcos
in pcos patient if you are looking for a test to check ur fertility potential you need antral follicular volume that's an ultrasound to be done on day 2 of your periods
