Do not worry about TORCH IgG positive; that is not the cause of miscarriage. Your AMH is high and with irregular cycles; you should rule out PCOS. Continue taking Thyroid medication. Do not worry about one miscarriage; it is likely not to recur. If you are PCOS; be under the care of a fertility specialist whilst planning for a baby. Hormonal deficiency can also lead to miscarriage.
