Amenorrhea and issue of overweight
I've been experiencing amenorrhea for approximately 2.5 months since my last period on August 28. Blood tests revealed low hemoglobin of 8.60, normal HDL cholesterol of 46.80, and borderline low total cholesterol of 131. Additionally, my thyroid hormone levels were abnormal, with T3 at 1.55, T4 at 9.7, and TSH at 7.42. I'm also struggling with severe hair loss, widespread body pain, sometimes shortness of breathing, irritation, mood swings, memory issues, depression, dizziness, headaches, cold intolerance, and persistent fatigue, accompanied by unexplained weight gain, with my current weight being around 66-68 kg.
