Am I diabetic or not, I am confused
Hi, My fasting sugar varies from 126-166 sometimes. Post meal blood sugar varies from 190-220 sometime. My HBA1C is 6.9 and Fasting at lab was 122 and post meal value was 186. I want to understand whether I am diabetic or not ? Do I need to start medicines or not?

You do have diabetes but with good diet and fitness regime you can bring it down to normal without medications
