Am having burning sensation on my penis

Asked for Male, 50 Years

I have this burning sensation on my penis for almost five weeks now. I've done urine test it comes negative. My doctor gave me antibiotics for three days which I have taken, no improvement. Can you please advice me what are the problem or what shall I do. Thanks
