Always Freezing, Color-Changing Hands
My hands and feet are almost always cold. In addition, when i’m somewhere such as a cold room, my fingers and fingernails often turn blue or purple. When I’m in a very cold situation, like ice skating, my hands, fingers, and toes turn a bright red rather than blue and look as if they’ve been in boiling water despite feeling freezing and numb. They also sting when I try to warm them. However, my fingers and toes do not turn white like I’ve seen occur in some diseases.
