Hi This looks like a resolving rash; could be resolving polymorphic light eruption. Just apply mositurizer over it. Sunprotection advised.

This could be Polymorphous light eruption or PMLE. It is a non-life-threatening and potentially distressing skin condition that is triggered by sunlight and artificial UV exposure in a genetically susceptible person. The rash can take many different forms. Most get rashes like pink or red raised spots. It can turn into larger, dry, red patches – it looks a bit like eczema. less commonly, the skin has white patches. It can b controlled with medication. Consult a Dermatologist for the same.
