Always anger and frustrating mood
I am a ocd patients but I always feel irritate & frustrating type specially my problem is I have angry a lot. I very much angry with my family person. Always sudden angry with him also sometimes shouted. I am tried to stop angry but failed. When that type of situation came I lose my control & anger at that moment. I take Oxitin cr forte daily & Fluanxol 0.5 daily but nothing changes from last month. So plz help me how I should have control on my anger plz, because I am joining a private company so lot of stress & burdens come in daily basics then it more difficult to handle my anger is it may be create any violent issue

Irritability, anxiety are more likely to be a part of OCD. Review with your psychiatrist for reevaluation of treatment response. Once obsession goes down, Irritability will decrease. In some patients, it takes longer to get benefited from medicines. Few also requires simultaneous psychotherapy ideally, if possible. So, basically follow up with your psychiatrist.

Hi See, try to understand.. What makes you angry? If you have OCD means your mind is preoccupied and fighting with anxiety which means you are scared when you are fearful you dont know what to do how to react and thats why you ending uo expressing the built uo frustration. So it basically not aggression you need to work on but your OCD Consult with me or any psychologist for therapy and counseling online All the best :)
