I am diagnosted with alopecia areta Currently applying tugain 5% lotion mixed halox lotion Omnacortil tab Adgain tab Please advise is this treatment correct or should i go for injection if yes which injection

Continue the same medications as advised by the dermatologist , wait for few months , if new  hair growth  is not there then  move in for intralesional injection . Get your thyroid test done
