Alopecia Areata
3 months back i had an alopecia areata patch on back of my head which got filled in. Now after shaving i found this small little sparse patch. Is this another patch of alopecia areata. Marked in photo

If that's the only patch and is stable, and no complaints of hair fall on pulling that part of the hair, you can wait and watch.
