I am having glasses , myopia since a very young age. The number kept on increasing till it reached about 10 . Later alongwith astigmatism . Alochak pitta is responsible for vision issues . Is it increase of alochak pitta or decrease for weakness of vision ?

Yes alochak pitta is responsible for vision, vitiation in that results in weakness of vision..not only that dosha result in the issue ,other dosha vitiation can also result in this vision problem..
One is the age factor with decrease in the tone of the tissues ,and lack of nutrition.
Check ur bloodsugar and hypertension.
Eat plenty of vegetables,fruits and sprouts.
Include ghee milk buttermilk in ur diet .
Avoid toomuch spicy oil foods,,preserved foods,fastfoods.
Can eat eggs,fish .
Walk exercise and yoga for fitness .
Also check ur eyes for vision .
Papaya,carrots,greens,are the best for eyes.
