Allergy urticaria (hives)
I am suffering with urticaria from more than 4years I am using medicines but m unable to get rid of this. Whenever I am eating aloo, nuts , cucumber or any other oily food I'm getting reddish rashes all over my body with an itchy sensation.currently I amusing Allegra 120 mg .Please suggest me what to do to get rid of this allergy .

U r suffering from chronic urticaria, dont take meds in on and off way, take it under any dermatologist, gradually dose can b tapered
