My daughter 5.5yr old gets blocked nose whenever we stay in Bangalore in home town Mangalore she will be fine there we have pet dog she didn't get blocked nose when she play with dog in Mangalore.shall we bring dog here in Bangalore dm. can she develop pet allergy our doctor said blocked nose may be because of climate she has adenoid which was fine after taking nasal spray

If she has adenoids then you must treat her properly, avoid cold food and a very cold climate , dust, pollen etc. as they can trigger the symptoms. Avoid chips, chocolates and bakery products too

In children below 8yr Adenoid swelling is very common. It is due to developing of immunity system. After 8yrs it will reduce automatically.
If your child is suffering from bloke nose, recurrence of cold and cough then treatment is required.
Child may need personalised treatment. But till then you can start with-
1. Gargal with warm haldi + salt water for 2-3 times a day
2. Chavanprash 1big spoon with warm water before breakfast. (You can give it in summer also).
3. Sitopaladi churna 1small spoon with honey for 2times a day
You can keep a dog . no harm in it. Just make sure dog get it's all vaccination. If your daughter is very found of pet's then make sure she never get interaction with street dogs or you can vaccinate her with proflactic rabies vaccin .

Nose block in Bangalore can be due to weather which can cause some allergies. Pet dog fur creates allergy in few people. If she doesn't have that it should be ok
