Allergic rhinitis
My symptoms clearly says i am suffering from allergic rhinitis from almost childhood, i never went to treatment. Nowadays it is irritating a lot in sleep and in early mornings. Mainly irritation in nose and continuous sneezing.
Can i know what treatment to be followed ?? And any nasal sprays recommendations for emergency?? I mean i got lot of meetings to attend in mornings so any fast recovery nasal sprays without sideeffects.. and are nasal sprays are good or bad ??
