Allergic Rhinitis issue.
I am 26 years male suffering from issue of allergic rhinitis. Earlier when I used to take milk daily, there used to be lot of sneezing and nasal drip. I used to have little breathing problem as well.After stopping milk things have got a little better. What does that mean?. Should I consult Allergist? Please guide. Thank you.

Which season did you have this issue and since how long ? Usually milk causes intolerance in the stomach ? Rarely allergic rhinitis . Consider for a personal consult for detailed discussion so that I can explain the mechanism
