Can Montec LC alone control allergic rhinitis symptoms without use of corticosteroid nasal spray?
Only due to worry of side effects of Glaucoma from nasal spray.

That depends of the allergen load that your facing. What is your absolute eosinophil count? Furthermore till you avoid the allergen from entering the body, antihistamines will just be of temporary help and won't help on a long term basis with continued exposure to the causitive agent of your allergic problem.

Intranasal steroids are more efficient and safer in controlling symptoms as they are used locally
And newer drugs doesn’t increase intraocular pressure
So no fear of glaucoma.
