Allergic reaction
My son is having some allergic reactions since today morning. I have uploaded the picture of the allergic area. Please guide whether it will solve automatically or what should I do for cure or to avoid these things in future.

Kindly wash the area with fresh water and baby soap
And put rash free(zinc oxide ointment ) morning and night
Kindly avoid diaper
If not able to avoid kindly change diaper often
