Is P250 allergic and why?
My baby is 4.5 yrs old. She is allergic to P250 whenever given for fever. She got reddish rashes in her face and all parts of her body. Kindly expline what kind of the problem this is and what is the alternate for P250. Is there medicine for theess rashes?

If she's getting rashes EVERY time you give paracetamol,then she's allergic to it and it has to be avoided all her life.
Use brufen or mefenamic acid for fever,in addition to sponging.
If rashes are severe,use syp atarax 5 ml twice a day for 3 days.
