All time sleep..
I have may exams soon ..i feel sleepy all day and night ..so kindly suggest me some pills so that i can concentrate on my studies and sleep less..

Is it that you feel sleepy only during examinations, or is it irrespective of examination? If it's only during examinations, then probably you are not interested in your academics. If it is pervasive, then you need to be evaluated because increased sleepiness can be a feature of many psychiatric disorders including depression, narcolepsy to mention a few

I believe you can manage it without medicines. There are some diet options that you can try to keep yourselves awake n active. 1. Fresh fruits - 1 bowl 2. Honey - 2 tablespoon 3. Sugar and lemon juice - 3 to 4 glasses in a day 4. Herbal tea These will help you a lot. Exercises and breathing exercises work wonderfully well in keeping you awake and alert - 40 minutes of physical activity everyday  is a must
