We cannot arrive at the right diagnosis of your problem without a proper clinical examination...... still some generic suggestions can be given......make sure that you have adequate fluid intake...... make sure to clean your tongue using your toothbrush every time you brush your teeth..... add a proper medicated mouthwash to your oral care regime..... avoid over-the-counter mouthwashes and go for the one which contains chlorhexidine gluconate 0.2% like Clohex plus.....
Is there any other medical condition like diabetes etc ?
Please add any other symptoms you have.
Did your dentist advised any cleaning of teeth etc and if your dentist prescribed any medicated mouthwash etc ?

I can understand your concern. drink plenty of water and use a mouthwash daily. apply matronly DG gel inside the mouth and gums. brush your teeth twice a day after food.
consult a dentist in person for further evaluation and management.
