C3-4 & c4-5 discs reveal diffuse posterior bulge intending anterior subarachnoid space. C5-6 disc reveal diffuse posterior bulge with small posterior polroturusion compressing anterior subarachnoid space. C6-7 disc reveal diffuse posterior bulge with medium sized left paracentral  protrusion compressing anterior subarachnoid space and abutting left budding verve root. C7 D1 disc reveal diffuse posterior bulge intending anterior subarachnoid space. As per MRI report

MRI of spine when done on any person will reveal some changes. As a spine spine surgeon we are supposed to take proper history about your problem, examine you and then correlate with the MRI and xray if any of the finding in imaging correlated with your problem. Depending on the diagnosis, treatment will be done.
