Alcohol consumption after c section
I will complete my 1 month of c section on 18th April. When and how much quantity of alcohol I can have occasionally. I will pump my milk before having drink, please guide. Thanks !!

Not recommended during lactation. It may cause excessive sedation, fluid retention, and hormone imbalances in breastfed infants.
Next Steps
With a 1 glass of wine or beer,  it is better to wait 2 to 2.5 hours per drink before nursing. but I dnt recommend even 1 glass.
