I have grade 1 fatty liver and fatty pancreas along with bilirubin of 1.9 and fasting glucose of 103 along with other small issues in kidney and blood.Can i permanently cure my condition of liver and pancreas?I exercisw daily and run for 45 minutes daily.I also maintain a strict diet and no fatty and oily food.I also gave up alcohol and smoking.Is my condition permanently treatable?

Yes. This condition is completely treatable. Although small amount of fat i. Pancreas and liver is not problem. But elevated bilirubin etc enzymes etc have to be controlled.

70% of diet should constitute with fruits vegetables and salads, sprouts. weight control is important. other dietery planning is needed appropriately.
