Hi Doctor , Air crack was occurred at MCP joint of left hand thumb. I applied several times ice pack on it. What medicines should I use? Can you please tell me.

Tabe enzomac forte twice daily for 10 days.
Tab ultracet once daily for 5 days.
If there is a fracture, you may need immobilization for 4-6 weeks depending on fracture.
