Both ear and joints related problem can be from different reasons also . Better to visit ENT surgeon first . And also keep in mind Seronegative Inflammatory arthritis but to start any medication, visit Orthopedic surgeon or Rheumatologist

The cracking of your joints in the body can be due to many a reasons. But your joints issue isn't related to ear symptoms I believe. Cracking up of joints can be habitual in many. But if associated with early morning stiffness and joints pain then should be investigated thoroughly. Kindly consider consultation with ENT AND Orthopedic surgeon.
